ASB wanted to give to its employees the vision of thier future. The vision of a world where the people of ASB make the right choices, behave ethically and responsibly and follow procedures and guidelines.
We developed a non-game application, where the learner can experience “fun” during the game and still learn because the level of engagement is high.
The storyline was based on a world far away, but not that dissimilar to our own. A world where people of ASB were Doing the Right Thing.
In this world, the learner found three towers. Each tower was aligned to the ASB strategy and each had set expectations their staff to ‘do the right thing.
This gamification strategy had high levels of engagement and leaded to an increase in recall and retention.
