Department of labour needed to develop a new application for its audience to provide guidance and resources to assist people in making decisions on applications which involve adopted children. It was including both overseas and customary adoptions.

We went for a gamification solution, which provided an effective, informal learning environment, and helped learners practice real life situations and challenges in a safe environment. This leaded to a more engaged learning experience that facilitated better knowledge retention. It also provided instant feedback so that learners knew what they knew or what they should know.
